At this time we are out of network providers for insurances. At the time of service we will provide a superbill that you can take to your insurance for a potential reimbursement.

We take a holistic approach to what is causing you discomfort at this time as we recognize pelvic floor work is more than just physical but also emotional, psychosocial, and lifestyle factors. Once we examine all these areas, together we come up with a plan that best fits your needs.

On our first visit we will go over a variety of questions together and ascertain the biggest barriers to function. We then do a physical assessment to verify findings. We do not offer internal examinations at this time. I have worked with many women who have expressed gratitude on this approach as it has made them feel more comfortable coming to pelvic floor therapy. If an internal evaluation is justified, I will refer you to another clinician who specializes in internal work.

We aim for 45-50 minute appointments. You will be one-on-one with your therapist so they can give you instant feedback on technique and form ensuring a faster recovery.
