During your free consultation, we’ll go over what goals you have and how we’ll work together to make them happen.

Meet Royce Porter - Your Occupational Therapist

Royce Porter, owner and occupational therapist.

Royce grew up in the Salt Lake Valley and graduated from the University of Utah’s occupational therapy program in 2014. He began his career in Roosevelt, Utah, where he gained extensive experience across multiple areas of occupational therapy. Royce is a certified Perinatal Health Specialist and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). His additional specialties include Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and pelvic floor therapy.

Royce is passionate about collaborating with clients to create holistic, individualized therapy plans that address the whole person — mind and body. Over the years, he has helped many individuals improve their function and quality of life, and their success stories inspired him to start Empowered Health and Wellness. Through this practice, Royce aims to empower clients in their daily activities, helping them reach their goals and live more fulfilling lives.

Now back in the Wasatch Front, Royce is excited to support even more individuals and families. He lives in Holladay with his wife and three children. Outside of work he enjoys playing pickleball and disc golf, spending time outdoors, making music, reading a good book, playing board games, and spending quality time with family and friends.
